ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Team Member with Brad Larson State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Recognize gaps in insurance coverage and pivot to ways to fill gaps. You will be very comprehensively trained to understand all products features and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- A drive to help all customers to be properly insured and be a team member that is very comfortable in guiding customers to opportunities that resolve gaps in insurance coverages.
- Must be able to acquire Property and Casualty insurance license.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
